I had severe sciatica in my left leg after an accident. I saw a couple of surgeons that recommended a fusion in my lower back but Dr. Maziad said that I would benefit more from a simple nerve decompression without the need for fusion. I'm glad I listened. It's been 6 months since my surgery, I'm back to my Yoga routine, my leg pain is gone and my back is as flexible as it used to be before my injury.
